About
Akıs tis Aggélıs is a Greek-born, Berlin-based alternative rock artist. His musical path began in his teenage years, performing in bands and later developing as a solo acoustic performer. Since relocating to Berlin in 2012, he has continued to refine a personal artistic identity shaped by long-term engagement with songwriting and live performance. His sound draws from a wide range of influences, including Greek folk traditions, French chanson, world music, and rock. These elements are integrated into a cohesive alternative rock language focused on atmosphere, emotional depth, and songwriting clarity. His debut album is rooted in distorted guitars and classic rock instrumentation, while expanding into more cinematic and atmospheric territories. The result is a focused and emotionally driven body of work that sits within contemporary alternative and songwriter-based rock.
